HOPE (Hang On, Pain Ends) Ministry is a support ministry for those who have recently lost a loved one.
Our mission is to provide compassionate support to parishioners grieving the loss of a loved one.
As companions on the journey, we offer non-judgmental, active listening, emotional support, and prayer at a monthly, or as needed, visit for up to a year.
