Many of us find that in the busyness of life, our prayer and spiritual growth can begin to nap. The Ignatian Spiritual Exercises offer a proven path to deepen your relationship with God and reawaken your spiritual life.

Developed by St. Ignatius of Loyola in the 1500s, these exercises are a series of meditations, prayers, and contemplative practices designed to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus, discern God’s will, and live more fully with and for God.

Participants consistently report a deepening of their relationship with God. You can expect:
A structured spiritual retreat experience from September 14, 2025 – May 3, 2026
Twice-monthly group meetings on Sundays at St. John Neumann from 8:00–9:15 AM
Monthly one-on-one meetings with a spiritual director
A commitment to pray at least 45 minutes per day
Openness to faith sharing at Sunday group meetings
