Divine Mercy Chaplet
Please join us daily at 3 pm, to pray this Novena, beginning on
Good Friday, April 15 – Divine Mercy Sunday, April 24.
Jesus revealed to St. Marian Faustina a powerful prayer that He wanted everyone to say – The Divine Mercy Chaplet. Saint Faustina prayed this chaplet almost constantly, especially for the dying, and the Lord urged her to encourage others to say it, too, promising extraordinary graces to those who would recite this special prayer. The chaplet can be said anytime, but the Lord specifically asked that it be recited as a novena, especially on the nine days before the Feast of Mercy. And He promised, “By this Novena, I will grant every possible grace to souls” (Diary of St. Faustina, 796).
Each of the nine days we will offer our prayer for the daily intentions dictated by our Lord to St. Faustina. On Divine Mercy Sunday, April 24, the Divine Mercy Chaplet will be sung as we conclude our 3:00 Celebration of Divine Mercy. Pamphlets will be available listing all the prayers of the Divine Mercy Chaplet and daily intentions.
